## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores. It’s a physically demanding, high-intensity role that keeps our stores running like clockwork.

You’ll be responsible for stock, deliveries, and all the vital behind-the-scenes work that ensures our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop. You’ll work across the wider store where needed – always keeping up with the pace and demands of retail.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing stock and deliveries efficiently

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock

- Working flexibly across different areas of the store

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues

The role involves working non-standard hours, including nights, Sundays, and Saturdays. You’ll need to be digitally confident, flexible, and able to work at a fast pace.

As a Customer Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our operations team, ensuring that our stores run smoothly and our customers have a great shopping experience.

**Benefits:**

- Competitive pay rate

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

**Requirements:**

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Ability to work flexibly, including nights, Sundays, and Saturdays

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools

- Strong teamwork and communication skills
