## Description

Zscaler is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Professional Services to join its team. This is a Bengaluru (Hybrid) role, reporting to the Manager, Professional Services in the Professional Services department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional services delivery, experience managing cybersecurity-related projects, and a practical understanding of how AI technologies can support service delivery, automation, analytics, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and closure

- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements involving cybersecurity implementations, transformations, assessments, or optimization services

- Build and maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, resource plans, and stakeholder communications

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, solution architects, support teams, sales, and customer leadership

- Drive effective governance through regular steering meetings, status reviews, and executive updates

Requirements:

- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent

- Minimum 6 years experience with managing projects related to cybersecurity solutions, services, or enterprise security programmes
