## Description

We are seeking active colleagues for long-term cooperation as a Phone Caller. You will be making daily phone calls to doctors and pharmacists according to prepared projects and recording call results on a PC.

Responsibilities:

- Make daily phone calls to doctors and pharmacists

- Record call results on a PC

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Czech or Slovak language

- Ability to use a computer and main software packages competently (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

- Previous experience in customer service or call centre (ideally)

- Willingness to work in the office, after learning partly from home
