## Description

As a Medical Information Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers in designated areas, including product academic promotion and customer professional support.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers under the guidance of company policies and procedures.

- Build partnerships with customers.

- Effectively visit customers using available resources to achieve work goals.

- Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities.

- Collect market and customer feedback through company management systems and other compliant channels, analyze, and provide feedback and suggestions.

- Maintain effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments, identify and promote cooperation opportunities.

- Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills under the guidance of superiors.
