## Description

The Workplace Experience team at Electronic Arts oversees workplace environments and employee experiences globally. As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will focus on creating experiences and spaces that directly affect employee effectiveness, provide a healthy physical office environment, and build community and connectedness among employees.

You will work closely with the Workplace Experience Manager (Site Lead) and other teams to coordinate location operations, health and safety, workplace design, onsite and contracted services, and employee community and experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing direct support and project assistance to the WE Site Lead

- Developing working relationships with departments and partners

- Managing vendor negotiations and cost management

- Overseeing third-party vendors for office services

- Managing the EA Montreal Company Store

- Coordinating Studio-wide events and engagement programmes

- Developing and implementing processes and procedures for Workplace Experience functions

- Introducing and implementing new programming and services

- Supporting the onsite Occupational Health Programme and participating in quarterly joint Health and Safety reviews

- Maintaining studio cleanliness and aesthetics to EA standards

- Supporting sustainability programming and related utility data collection

- Assisting with new hire onboarding and employee and departure processes

- Managing space planning and office moves

- Sourcing contractors for equipment repairs and non-warranty property work

- Assisting with quoting, bidding, and purchase requests

- Being on call 24/7 for emergency situations

Education and Experience:

- College coursework or equivalent in a related area

- Three (3)+ years minimum in workplace operations, facilities management or similar environments

- Hospitality experience an advantage
