## Description

We are seeking a Vaccines Health and Science Professional (HSP) to promote our Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels. As an HSP, you will be responsible for launching new products, managing business relationships, and engaging in product promotion within the assigned geography.

Responsibilities:

- Drive sales in assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives

- Engage with customers both face-to-face and virtually

- Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans

- Build rapport and relationships with customers in both live and virtual environments

- Utilize internal reports and analytics to identify strategic business opportunities

- Compliantly leverage product and disease state knowledge using approved clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources

- Demonstrate market knowledge and uncover barriers and drivers across all relevant business channels

- Collaborate effectively and compliantly with cross-functional colleagues

- Complete all administrative expectations on time and compliantly

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business owner or entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service and/or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, educator, or full-time military experience

- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory

- Valid US driver's license and driving record in compliance with company standards

Preferred Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing

- Prior vaccines experience strongly preferred

- Strong track record of sales or marketing success, strong territory management skills, outstanding communications skills, and demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability

- Experience with Vaccines therapeutic area and products

- Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets

- Reside within the territory boundaries
