## Description

As a Channel Account Manager I, Service Providers at Huntress, you will play a critical role in driving revenue through engagement, expansion, and retention across the partner base.

The company operates a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC) and builds its technology in-house to provide cybersecurity solutions to businesses of all sizes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Achieve and exceed quota based on both expansion metrics and renewal rates

- Work with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service

- Maintain and reinforce Huntress’ culture

- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, Channel or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below

- Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry

- Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms

- Passionate about working in the partner community, being an advocate for them, and providing meaningful cybersecurity solutions

- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
