## Description

We are seeking a Production Team Lead to join our team at FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH in Kaiserslautern, Germany.

As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of production staff, planning and coordinating production, and ensuring timely production and filling of our specialty lubricants.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and developing production staff

- Planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely production and filling of specialty lubricants

- Managing personnel, material, and plant resources, and organizing daily workflows

- Actively participating in production and ensuring smooth plant operations

- Preparing plant parts for maintenance, coordinating laboratory activities, and collaborating with adjacent departments

- Ensuring compliance with 6S standards in the production area and promoting order, cleanliness, occupational safety, and standardized workflows

- Identifying and implementing measures to continuously improve processes (KVP)

- Ensuring compliance with statutory and operational requirements in quality, occupational and plant safety, and health and environmental protection

Requirements:

- Completed training as a chemical technician or comparable qualification

- Several years of experience in chemical production

- First or several years of leadership experience, ideally in the chemical industry

- Experience with process control systems, recipe controls, and warehouse management systems

- Pronounced sense of responsibility in quality, occupational and plant safety, and health and environmental protection

- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style

- Teamwork, communication skills, and assertiveness

- Good German language skills in writing and speaking

- Safe handling of MS Office and ideally SAP and MMS
