**Job Overview** As a Warehouse Associate or Warehouse Worker at Target, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Following all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

- Attending safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Packing, loading, and shipping items to stores and guests

- Ensuring accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests

- Working safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse

- Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area

- Reporting to work on time and completing job tasks as assigned accurately and on time

- Engaging in problem-solving to support continuous improvement

- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

**Requirements** To be considered for either role, you must:

- Be able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift

- Be able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift

- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

- Be able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)

- Be able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation

- Be able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training

- Possess good written and oral communication skills

- Be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions

**Additional Requirements for Warehouse Worker**

- Ability to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift), and work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable

- Work at a height of up to 40 ft on a mezzanine (where applicable)

**Pay Information** The pay range for Warehouse Associate roles is $21.00 to $23.93 per hour, with an opportunity to earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility. The pay range for Warehouse Worker roles is $22.50 to $26.03 per hour.
