## Description

As a Maintenance Technician at 3M, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, install, and correct problems or make changes in equipment per instructions and/or drawings. You will also lead innovation and sustainability, implement change and continuous improvement to drive growth and increase efficiency, and create a positive, inclusive work environment that fosters learning and development for all.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $31.26 - $35.88 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with a $0.50 shift differential for second shift and a $2.00 shift differential for third shift. To qualify, you must possess an associate's degree or higher in a technical discipline such as Electro-Mechanics, Mechatronics Technology, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machinist, Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, or Wind Energy Tech. Alternatively, you can have a High School Diploma/GED or higher and three years of Industrial Maintenance experience. You must also be interested and available to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
