## Description

The Agent Services team at S&P Global operates as a dedicated Syndicated Loans Agency operations team, supporting both borrowers and lenders. You will play a pivotal role in administering lending portfolios, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Execute operational requirements for managing the lifecycle events of syndicated loans

- Interpret underlying legal documents to ensure deals and their members are managed in strict compliance with terms

- Respond to client, borrower, and lender queries in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct financial analysis of deals to ensure the accuracy of accruals and pricing mechanisms

- Manage outstanding work items in alignment with expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Ensure a consistently high level of accuracy to minimize operational risk within the lending portfolio

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in syndicated loans operations or a related financial services role

- Demonstrated banking or investment industry experience

- Proven customer relations experience within a financial context
