## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll be working in a high-pressure environment, requiring strong customer service skills, digital confidence, and flexibility.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing five-star service to customers at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment

Working hours:

- Sunday: 06:00-14:00

- Tuesday: 05:00-13:00

- Thursday: 05:00-13:00

- Friday: 05:00-13:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
