## Description

We are seeking a Data Product Manager to join our team at Komodo Health. As a Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for the reliable and timely execution of all data deliveries, building and maintaining customer trust and consistency. You will partner with vendors to resolve data delivery issues and address schema-related modifications, collaborate with the Data Strategy team to identify gaps in the healthcare map, and proactively quantify and communicate data-related issues to downstream teams and customers.

In this role, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare map and its representation of the real-world healthcare system, lead exploratory analysis to understand data quality issues, and provide appropriate workarounds or solutions when feasible. You will also gather feedback from customers and internal users to prioritize and maintain an actionable operations backlog, collaborate with data engineering and data quality engineers to enhance the reliability and quality of data pipelines, and enhance operational rigor through the implementation of new processes.

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual with a strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability, who is comfortable using data analysis tools and creating SQL queries to conduct analysis. You should have a demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and be able to leverage AI tools to enhance personal productivity and streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in data product management or data product operations role in a healthcare or life sciences domain, prior experience working with medical and/or prescription claims data, and familiarity with life sciences, payer, and provider healthcare users, their priorities, and data and analytics needs.
