## Description

We're The Heist, a motion design, live action, and post production studio within Thinkingbox. We create work that moves, blending craft and curiosity across various projects.

As a Junior Motion Designer, you'll have your hands and creative say on all things motion. You'll work on diverse projects, pushing your creative boundaries on designing looks and animation. Your tasks will include:

- Creating 2D and 3D animation for platforms such as web, social media, out-of-home activations, and standalone content

- Learning new skills and software driven by your own curiosity

- Keeping up to date with current design, visual art trends, and best practices

- Accurately estimating time to assigned tasks

- Adapting to project roadblocks with a solution-driven approach

To succeed in this role, you should:

- Have 0-2 years of experience at an agency or animation studio

- Be comfortable using the Adobe suite, especially After Effects

- Demonstrate graphical 2D and 3D motion design skills in your portfolio

- Have a demo reel or portfolio showcasing a well-rounded and nuanced motion portfolio

- Be able to take direction and feedback

- Be able to hit deadlines, work in a team, and go solo from time to time

- Experience using C4D, Blender, or Maya and Redshift is a bonus
