## Description

Spreetail is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator to help drive the performance of their outbound transportation network.

You'll sit at the intersection of data, carrier operations, and cross-functional strategy, coordinating daily execution across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery while building the reporting and insights that keep their network running efficiently.

## How you will achieve success:

- Coordinate and execute daily outbound transportation activities across LTL, parcel, and same-day delivery.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track carrier KPIs.

- Partner with leadership on contract implementation and carrier communication.

- Collaborate with Merchandising, Fulfillment, FP&A, S&T, and Pricing to align cost and service targets.

- Conduct data-driven analyses to inform outbound network decisions.

## What experience will help you in this role:

- 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, auditability, and timeliness.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
