## Description

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team at thatgamecompany. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for daily content creation and community operation across core Chinese social platforms, including Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, and Weibo, for our IPs.

**Role Overview** You will drive brand emotional value, maintain community engagement, and enhance player loyalty through authentic storytelling and creator relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage daily content calendars and operations for core channels, including scripting, editing, and publishing copy, graphic posts, and short video content.

- Build and maintain relationships with fan artists, community creators, and mid-to-micro KOLs/KOCs to drive organic UGC growth.

- Support game updates, IP events, and collaboration campaigns by executing social media rollouts, localized copy delivery, and user interactions.

- Monitor core performance metrics and consolidate player sentiment and content feedback for regular reporting.

**Requirements**

- 3–5 years of social media operations experience in gaming, ACG, or pan-entertainment sectors.

- High aesthetic sensitivity and strong content execution skills, proficient in basic video editing and graphic design tools.

- Deep knowledge of community mechanics and algorithms on platforms like Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, and Weibo.

- Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

- Strong alignment with TGC’s design philosophy and community values.
