## Description

Marketing teams face challenges with fragmented customer data and martech stacks that create proprietary silos, while customers expect real-time, personalised experiences. Customer Lake, a native Customer Data Platform (CDP) built into Databricks, changes this by unifying first- and third-party data into governed Customer 360 profiles, resolving identities, and using agents to build audiences and activate campaigns.

The Solutions Architect (Customer Lake) will engage clients across business units and verticals, build relationships with marketing and data stakeholders, and deliver presentations, demos, and POCs that drive informed adoption decisions. They will provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers to successful implementations on customer data and marketing projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership for strategic customers

- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies

- Serve as a trusted advisor and expert Solutions Architect

- Enable clients at scale through workshops and POC execution

- Influence product roadmap with field-derived insights

- Handle complex technical challenges as a tier-3 escalation point

- Establish and refine the sales qualification and POC intake process

Requirements:

- 5+ years of customer data platform (CDP), marketing technology (MarTech), or customer data engineering expertise

- Experience with design and implementation of data and AI applications for marketing and customer engagement

- Deep familiarity with CDP and martech/adtech platforms

- Strong understanding of the customer data landscape

- Experience operationalising customer data as governed data products

- Undergraduate degree in a technical field
