## Description

We are seeking a Showroom Assistant to join our team at TOMS. As a Showroom Assistant, you will be responsible for sales administration and accounting support at our Odaiba showroom.

Responsibilities:

- Customer service (visitors and phone calls)

- Contract and registration document management

- Sales management and cash flow management

- Inventory and supplies management

- Expense settlement processing

- Petty cash management

- Invoice issuance and payment processing

- Accounting software input

- Month-end closing operations

- Collaboration with the headquarters accounting department

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in sales administration or sales assistant roles

- Basic PC operation skills

- Accuracy and confidentiality awareness

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in the automotive industry

- Showroom experience

- Accounting experience in a small team setting

We are looking for someone who can:

- Collaborate smoothly with the sales department

- Proactively construct their own work processes

- Understand and represent our brand values with dignity

Working hours: 9:00-18:00 Estimated annual income: up to 5,000,000 JPY
