## Description

As a Lead Nightshift Manager at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, you will lead and manage a small team of managers overnight, delivering replenishment activities for customers the following morning.

You will plan for key trading activities and events, manage people, and take accountability for the store overnight, role-modelling high standards and efficiency.

The salary for this role is from £36,250, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary for nightshift working.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight

- Deliver replenishment activities for customers the following morning

- Plan for key trading activities and events

- Manage people, including pay and scheduling routines, training, and employee relations

- Take accountability for the store overnight

- Role-model high standards and efficiency

**Requirements:**

- Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

- Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Proven success in delivering and improving KPIs

- Experience managing sensitive and complex people matters

- Leadership experience in an operational environment
