The Philippines People Operations team partners with business leaders and Grabbers to build a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready organisation.

As the Country Head of People Operations, you will champion Grab's culture and values, partnering with business leaders to help them build their organisations and ensure rigorous and clear people decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Provide advanced support and internal consulting to the country management team on all people-related matters

- Design and monitor people policies and processes

- Ensure responsive people services and identify scalable process improvements

- Drive people-related projects with relevant stakeholders

- Establish People metrics and implement actions to strengthen culture and performance

- Oversee the Talent Acquisition strategy and ensure alignment with business priorities

Qualifications:

- At least 15 years of experience managing HR teams across multiple disciplines

- Expertise in HR audit, compensation and benefits design, and policy setting/redesign

- Experience advising and influencing people decisions while balancing multiple needs

- Ability to translate data into insights for clear recommendations and practical actions

- Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams
