## Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll & Tax Specialist to join our Shared Service Centre in Munich. As a Payroll & Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, tax compliance, and financial reporting for Red Bull entities in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage monthly payroll processes for Red Bull entities in Germany, including employee inquiries and collaboration with external payroll service providers and HR teams.

- Ensure compliance with tax and social security regulations, and liaise with authorities as needed.

- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, and ensure adherence to group guidelines.

- Analyse and reconcile payroll accounts, and identify areas for process improvements.

Requirements:

- Completed training as a tax specialist or similar qualification, preferably with a focus on social insurance and/or wage tax.

- Excellent German and English language skills.

- Several years of experience in payroll and tax.

- In-depth knowledge of wage tax law and social insurance law.

- Experience with SAP-HR/FI is an advantage.

- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.

- Analytical mindset and structured work style.

- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
