## Description

We are seeking a Permit Issuing Officer to join our team in Pasig City, Philippines. As a Permit Issuing Officer, you will be responsible for processing and issuing Overweight, High Productivity Motor Vehicle, and Specialist Vehicle Permits on behalf of the NZ Transport Agency.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing and issuing permits in accordance with the NZ Transport Agency's guidelines

- Assisting with policy administration for overweight and oversized vehicle movements

- Developing and maintaining relationships with the NZ Police Commercial Vehicle Safety Team

- Representing the NZ Transport Agency as the customer contact for overweight permits

- Contributing to monthly reports for the NZ Transport Agency

- Performing other permit-related duties as required

We are looking for a candidate with:

- A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or Formal Sciences

- Certificate or diploma programs in Computer Technology, Drafting Technology, or related fields

- Experience in administration and process management

- Strong organisational and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
