## Description

Logitech is seeking a Brand Protection Specialist to protect its brand integrity, profitability, and customer experience on Amazon and across the broader e-commerce landscape.

The ideal candidate will own the day-to-day execution of Logitech's marketplace integrity strategies on Amazon, focusing on three core pillars: MAP Policy Enforcement, Feature Offer Preservation, and Returns Prevention.

**Responsibilities:**

### 1. MAP Policy Enforcement

- Monitor and track minimum advertised price (MAP) compliance across all retail channels.

- Investigate root causes of price degradation and analyze the impact of rogue pricing behaviors.

- Enforce policy compliance by working with third-party data vendors and leveraging Amazon Brand Registry.

### 2. Featured Offer Preservation

- Track, analyze, and own the metrics behind Lost Featured Offer (LFO) on Amazon.

- Perform targeted test buys, track serial numbers, and map out the supply chain flow of grey market and unauthorized goods.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to eliminate unauthorized supply chain leaks and improve LFO% and associated KPIs.

- Analyze promotional pricing curves to identify thresholds triggering price arbitrage.

### 3. Returns Prevention

- Analyze Amazon return codes, customer reviews, Voice of the Customer (VoC) insights, defect data, and pricing elasticity curves.

- Partner with Logitech Marketing and Amazon account teams to optimize Product Detail Page (PDP) content and update consumer messaging.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in brand protection related projects, preferably in a multinational technology company.

- Exceptional data manipulation skills, with experience working with multiple, fragmented sources.

- Strong track record of translating complex data sets into simple, concise presentations.

- Ability to create strong stories through innovative technologies.

- Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.

- Self-starter with excellent judgment and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Strong knowledge of brand protection issues and best practices.

- Experience with online brand protection agencies, tools, and platforms.

- Google suite fluency and proficiency in creating digestible presentations.

- Ability to innovate within a growing business.

**Location:** This is a hybrid position, open to candidates in San Jose, CA; Irvine, CA; Camas, WA; Dallas, TX; Doral, FL; Toronto, Canada; and New York City Metro. The successful candidate is expected to work onsite 2-3 days per week.
