## Description

Ready to shape AI-enabled CRM architecture at enterprise scale?

As Associate Director, Solution Architecture you'll define end-to-end solution architecture for CRM platforms including microservices, integrations and AI-enabled capabilities. You'll set the architectural direction across CRM, legacy systems and third-party vendors using scalable secure patterns. A core part of the role is designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and where relevant GCP Vertex AI. You'll also own delivery assurance across engineering standards, CI/CD readiness and production quality so solutions perform reliably in live environments.

Responsibilities:

- Define end-to-end solution architecture for CRM platforms including microservices integrations and AI-enabled capabilities

- Produce architecture artefacts including HLD/LLD API contracts and data flow designs

- Own engineering delivery assurance across coding standards CI/CD readiness and production quality

- Oversee integration across CRM legacy systems and third-party vendors using scalable secure patterns

- Design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and where relevant GCP Vertex AI

- Establish AI architecture patterns including RAG prompt orchestration model routing and evaluation frameworks

- Strengthen operational excellence through monitoring observability incident management and performance optimisation

- Shape future-state architecture and cloud-AI roadmap decisions across CRM and integration ecosystems

Requirements:

- Bring strong experience in Azure cloud services including Functions APIM Service Bus and Application Insights

- Demonstrate deep expertise in AI engineering including Azure OpenAI RAG design prompt engineering and model evaluation

- Show proven experience designing CRM integration architectures including APIs event-driven patterns and workflow orchestration

- Apply a strong software engineering background including .NET-Python microservices testing and performance optimisation

- Use hands-on experience with CI/CD infrastructure as code and DevOps practices to improve delivery outcomes

- Apply expertise in observability and production readiness including monitoring SLAs-SLOs and resilience testing

- Demonstrate understanding of cross-cloud architecture including GCP Vertex AI and multi-cloud considerations

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to influence architecture decisions across teams
