## Description

We are seeking a Striker - Store Activator to join our Sales team in Bergamo, Italy. As a Striker, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with retail accounts and achieving sales goals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Effective coverage of assigned outlets at optimal frequencies in a cost-effective manner

- Management and development of designated areas

- Maintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards, focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging

- Building quality relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication

- Influencing decision-makers with compelling insights and commercial proposals

- Stock management to ensure Red Bull range availability

- Securing and improving in-store presence of Red Bull products

- Placement of POS materials and ensuring agreed promotions are in place

- Measurement, tracking, and audit of key in-store metrics using digital tools

- Completing administrative tasks accurately and on time

**Requirements:**

- Growth mindset and proactive approach

- Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- English language proficiency

- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment

- Experience in FMCG is a plus

- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Valid driving license

**Salary:** Annual gross salary starting from €25,600, based on experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities.

**Travel:** 90-100% travel required
