## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Galleries Washington, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a dynamic retail setting

This is a part-time, flexible role, working variable shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. During the Christmas period, you may be required to work up to full-time hours.

M&S offers a competitive hourly rate, plus a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00. As a Customer Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and experience in a leading retail organisation.
