## Description

We are seeking an ambitious Werkstudent Claims & Legal to join our Operations team at Insify. As a Werkstudent, you will be responsible for handling customer claims, providing legal support, and working closely with our Legal & Claims specialists.

Your role will involve:

- Being the first point of contact for customers with claims or disability-related issues

- Assessing claims and ensuring efficient and accurate processing

- Providing guidance and support to customers throughout the claims process

- Collaborating with our Legal team on complex liability issues and appeals

- Contributing to the development of internal processes and procedures

To be successful in this role, you should:

- Be a student of Law or Insurance Law (Bachelor's or Master's degree)

- Have excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch

- Be available to work at least 2-3 days a week for a minimum of 6 months
