## Description

We are seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager to lead our team in implementing national and local programming, managing labour hours, and developing our merchandising team.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain regular communications with retail partners to implement national/local programming

- Manage labour hours within the specified budget

- Ensure 3 route rides are completed per week to train, develop, and evaluate the performance of the Merchandiser

- Conduct bimonthly Merchandiser meetings/workshops to improve executional expertise and recognize/reward results

- Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices

- Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace and lives to Red Bull's values

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management

- Experience managing a team of sales and/or merchandising employees

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
