## Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Business Applications team. As a driving force behind optimizing Bynder's commercial business processes built on the Salesforce platform, you will lead the detailed solution design for a major Salesforce re-architecture to implement Agentforce Revenue Management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Drive Major Re-architecture: Lead the practical solution design and execution of Agentforce Revenue Management with senior peers.

- Turn Strategy into Action: Map out concrete steps to apply Salesforce best practices to Bynder's unique environment.

- Lead Busy Stakeholders: Guide and energize Go-To-Market and Operations teams.

- End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for project scope, from initial requirement analysis to change management and business adoption.

- Balance Innovation & Continuity: Manage minor enhancements and day-to-day business support alongside major initiatives.

- Champion Pragmatic Governance: Design scalable solutions that minimize technical debt.

- Leverage AI for Delivery: Use AI productivity tools to streamline documentation and automate workflows.

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of solution design experience on the Salesforce platform.

- Proven track record of advanced configuration and leading complex projects independently.

- Apex/LWC skills are a plus.

- Firm knowledge of process documentation, data modeling, and system architecture.

- Strong experience with Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes, preferably in SaaS business.

- Direct experience with CPQ tools, preferably Agentforce Revenue Management.

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Proficient in project management and documentation tools.

- Solid project management skills within an Agile framework.

- Complete fluency in English.
