## Description

We are seeking a Machine Tool Maintenance Specialist to join our team of world-class machine service professionals. As a Haas Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customer operations and maintaining high-powered manufacturing at peak capacity.

In this field role, you will diagnose complex equipment issues, perform Certified Haas Annual Maintenance Programs (CHAMP), and provide expert on-site troubleshooting to maximize machine uptime. You will collaborate with factory support and inside service teams to eliminate downtime and drive productivity gains.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing inspections and finalizing service reports

- Providing feedback to the factory to elevate industry standards

- Partnering with clients and team members to ensure effective service delivery

- Responding to customer needs within 24 hours

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- Mechanical and electrical skills

- A mechatronics, machining, or engineering certificate or degree (preferred but not required)

- CNC or machine tool knowledge or experience (preferred)

- Working knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics

- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customers professionally

- Ability to travel up to 80% of the month between Monday and Friday

- Ability to manage expenses and paperwork related to maintenance completed

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $45,000 and $65,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
