## Description

We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager - Global Partnerships to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Explore the marketing of some of the world's leading brands and consult with prospective brand partners to develop compelling and mutually beneficial partnership initiatives.

- Drive global business development efforts for the full portfolio of Red Bull assets across Sports, Culture, Brand and Media, delivering against individual and team revenue targets.

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial market analysis to final negotiations and contracting of partnership agreements.

- Use data and insights to construct compelling sales stories and provide data for reporting.

- Manage a CRM database.

Requirements:

- 3+ years' work experience in international marketing or commercial partnerships.

- People management experience.

- University degree in Marketing or a similar subject.

- Fluency in English; German and other languages are a plus.

- Outstanding expertise in Marketing, including Sports, Culture, and Technology.

- Demonstrable track record in securing successful brand partnerships and developing marketing assets.

- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, conceptual, and creative capabilities.

- Dynamic and energetic approach to work, with strong communication and negotiating skills.
