Join our team and shape the digital transformation in healthcare with us. As a Customer Manager for Statutory Health Insurance, you will be the first point of contact for key accounts of HSS GmbH and all customer-contracted services.

Your tasks will include:

- Customer support and consulting for HSS GmbH customers

- Promoting customer satisfaction by optimizing and accompanying customer organizational processes

- Responsibility for strategic planning of customer support and collaboration with sales partners, cross-functional teams, and committees

- Further development of products, additional sales potential, and processes

- Securing the order situation

- Result responsibility for customer revenue growth

- Building and expanding market knowledge and market competence as well as customer and competitor observation

- Collaboration on projects, organization of training and workshops, and participation in congresses and customer events

Requirements:

- Completed commercial training (preferably business or technical studies) or equivalent practical experience

- Knowledge of the German healthcare market and statutory health insurance environment

- High communicative skills, binding appearance, expression, and argumentation ability

- Knowledge of product, sales, and marketing issues

- Independent, initiative-rich, and goal-oriented work style with assertiveness

- Pronounced social competence

- Highest loyalty, discretion, and confidentiality

- Good English skills
