## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a motivated Chip Architect to work on the ConnectX network adapter with a highly inventive and knowledgeable team.

The role involves defining the Network Adapter chip architecture end-to-end, from market requirements through design and all product life cycles. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams across physical design, logic design, system software, firmware, and applications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining the Network Adapter chip architecture

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams

- Working on proof of concepts and advance development projects

- Performing research and analysis for current and future architectures

- Crafting product design specifications

- Serving as a focal point within the organization and distributing acquired knowledge

Requirements:

- BSc or MSc in electrical engineering or equivalent experience

- 4+ years of experience in a relevant role as chip architecture or system integration

- Deep understanding of building and integrating systems with various technology components

- Knowledge of computing and networking systems

- A can-do attitude and high energy with leadership and excellent interpersonal skills

- Utmost passion for attention to details in design and a high focus on design quality

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience and love for system architecture, CPU/GPU/Memory/Storage/Networking
