## Description

Join one of EA's most critical teams supporting development for AAA games like Battlefield, FC, and Madden. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll report to an engineering manager and help manage hundreds of Linux-based servers across 20+ environments and support a custom-built .NET application that powers Perforce infrastructure at scale.

You'll contribute across source control architecture, automation, CI/CD, hybrid infrastructure, user support, and log analysis. This role supports game teams directly, providing responsive service to developers, artists, and tools teams working on EA's biggest franchises.

Key responsibilities include administering and scaling Perforce Helix Core, troubleshooting syncs, changelists, stream access, queues, and replication delays, supporting users of all technical levels with source control issues, analyzing Perforce logs and infrastructure telemetry to resolve system issues, tuning and maintaining Linux servers across VM, bare metal, and cloud environments, automating systems using Ansible or similar tools, contributing to CI/CD pipelines for both internal tooling and game teams, building dashboards and alerts with KQL, Grafana, or similar observability tools, extending and maintaining the .NET-based Perforce management application.

Requirements include 5+ years of Linux experience, 3+ years of DevOps automation with tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar, 3+ years with client-server source control systems, strong understanding of source control commands and workflows, experience analyzing logs and resolving infrastructure-level issues, familiarity with VM, bare metal, and cloud infrastructure in scaled environments, experience with CI/CD pipeline systems, proficiency with monitoring tools, and 2+ years of .NET full stack experience.
