## Description

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of trade marketing strategies, developing and implementing trade marketing initiatives, and managing trade marketing budgets.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support the execution of trade marketing strategies, utilizing trade and marketing experience to recommend best trade-led activities

- Lead and support the execution of trade marketing initiatives, brand activations, and product launches

- Manage trade marketing budgets, track investment, and evaluate ROI to ensure activities deliver measurable business impact

- Identify, develop, and implement necessary processes to enhance sales business performance

- Build and manage relationships with key customers, including Category Managers, Space Managers, Logistics Managers, and Marketing Managers

- Analyze sales and sell-out performance by customer, channel, and distribution point, identifying opportunities and challenges

- Develop and implement Category Management projects with top customers

**Requirements:**

- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Commercial roles, preferably within the FMCG industry

- Experience leading brand activations and product launches

- Experience coordinating BTL agencies, production suppliers, and point-of-sale execution

- Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI of trade marketing activities

- Strong understanding of sales and distribution, shopper and consumer behavior, category management, and business insights within an FMCG environment

- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable plans

- Advanced English, both written and spoken

- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
