## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Meadowhall, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

You'll be a key ambassador for M&S, showcasing your knowledge of our food products, recommending new items, and ensuring customers feel valued.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing five-star service at pace

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various store areas

As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, flexible, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

**Working Hours:** Week 1: Sunday 13:30-21:00, Monday to Wednesday and Friday 12:00-18:00 Week 2: Monday to Thursday 12:00-18:00, Saturday 13:30-21:00

**Important:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
