## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Newton Mearns Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

In this role, you will be required to work part-time hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 15:00-19:00. During the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours due to operational requirements.
