As a Shift Supervisor at CVS Health, you'll be a key leader supporting the store management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.

**Essential Functions:**

- Management:

+ Work effectively with store management and store crews 	+ Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities 	+ Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews

- Customer Service:

+ Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints 	+ Promote CVS customer service culture 	+ Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy 	+ Maintain customer/patient confidentiality

- Merchandise/Presentation:

+ Price merchandise 	+ Stock shelves 	+ Execute displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise 	+ Reset departments following planograms

**Required Qualifications:**

- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills

- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience as a retail supervisor

**Education:**

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:**

- 40

**Time Type:**

- Full time

**Pay Range:**

- $18.00 - $27.00
