Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Rushden Lakes, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. Flexibility is vital, and you should be poised to work across various areas of the store.
