Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

**Work Pattern:**

- Tuesday 12:00-20:00

- Wednesday 12:00-20:00

- Saturday 12:00-20:00

- Sunday 12:00-20:00

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products, staying up-to-date on new offerings

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

**Requirements:**

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying focused and sharp during busy periods

- Digital confidence, with experience using digital tools to support customer interactions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

- Flexibility to work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands and priorities
