## Description

Phillips Commercial is seeking a CNC machining and CAD/CAM programming expert,a rare professional driven by the goal of delivering Legendary Service & Value.

As our Application Engineer, you will work with manufacturing giants daily, deploying optimization strategies that increase efficiency and revolutionize their operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Five years of high-level Mastercam programming experience

- Expertise in 5-Axis and/or Mill-Turn environments

- Ability to deliver on-site instruction that transforms mediocre shops into manufacturing juggernauts

- Comfort with the complete, start-to-finish setup, programming, and first article inspection of complex CNC machine tools

- Willingness and ability to travel up to 60-80% across the region

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $90,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually plus commission opportunities.
