**Job Summary:** This is a full-time Inventory Control Associate role located in Indianapolis, IN, working 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct physical inventories

- Research locator problems

- Adjust book inventory with approval from the Inventory Control Supervisor

- Manage assigned production locations to meet Warehouse Service Level requirements

**Requirements:**

- 1-2 years of experience in Inventory Control in a warehouse environment

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to interact professionally with internal and external support areas

- Accurate reading, writing, and counting skills

- Ability to operate forklifts and other powered mobile equipment (certification required)

- Detail-oriented with above-average math aptitude

- Ability to operate a calculator and office equipment

**Physical Demands:**

- Frequent-medium heavy lifting (1-20 lbs, 34-66% of time)

- Occasional very heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs, 0-33% of time)

- Constant bending, reaching, stooping (67-100%)

- Constant walking, standing, and climbing (67-100%)

- Normal eyesight (natural or corrected)

- Regular and reliable attendance

**Work Environment:**

- Warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes, rolling equipment, and conveyors

**Education:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Pay Range:** $17.00 - $28.46 per hour
