## Description

CoreWeave is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative PLM Analyst to join the Hardware Quality & Operations organisation. In this role, you will become the operational backbone of our product lifecycle management function by owning the integrity of our product data, driving disciplined change management processes, and enabling cross-functional teams to work from a single source of truth.

### Responsibilities

#### BOM Creation & Management

- Create, maintain, and release bills of materials (BOMs) with a high degree of accuracy.

- Ensure BOM structures accurately reflect design intent, including part relationships, approved vendor lists, substitutes, and revision levels.

- Conduct regular BOM audits to identify and correct errors, orphaned components, or outdated configurations.

#### Change Management

- Own the end-to-end Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process, including initiation, routing, review coordination, approval tracking, and release.

- Facilitate change review board (CRB) meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on scope, impact, and timing before changes are approved.

- Assess the downstream impact of proposed changes on BOMs, documentation, inventory, and production schedules; communicate risks clearly to affected teams.

- Maintain change history and audit trails in the PLM system to support regulatory compliance and internal quality standards.

- Continuously improve change management workflows, identifying bottlenecks and driving process efficiencies.

#### Product Data Management

- Serve as the system administrator and data steward for the PLM platform, maintaining clean, consistent, and complete product records.

- Manage part number creation, classification, attribute governance, and document control in accordance with established data standards.

- Define and enforce naming conventions, part classification schemas, and metadata standards across the product catalog.

- Support document lifecycle management, including controlled release, revision control, and archiving of engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation.

#### Cross-Functional Support

- Act as the primary PLM point of contact for Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management teams.

- Train and support end users on PLM tools, processes, and best practices; develop and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Collaborate with ERP teams to ensure accurate and timely synchronization of product data between PLM and ERP systems.

- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs by ensuring PLM readiness at each program gate.

- Partner with IT to manage system upgrades, testing, and configuration changes.

### Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a PLM analyst, product data management, or configuration management role.

- Strong understanding of server and data center architecture.

- Demonstrated experience managing Engineering Change Orders and change control processes in a regulated or structured engineering environment.

- Strong understanding of part lifecycle management, document control, and revision management principles.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and drive decisions.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.

### Preferred Qualifications

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in a PLM analyst, product data management, or configuration management role.

- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite and PLM-to-ERP integration workflows.

- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and phase-gate processes.

- Knowledge of quality management principles.
