## Description

We are seeking a skilled Patissier (Demi Chef de Partie) to join our team at the Red Bull Hangar-7 in Salzburg, Austria.

The Red Bull Hangar-7 is a unique architectural location at Salzburg Airport, housing an impressive collection of historical aircraft from the Flying Bulls and Formula 1 racing cars. It also features the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Ikarus, two bars, an outdoor lounge, and a café.

As a Patissier (Demi Chef de Partie), you will be responsible for:

- Preparing and presenting high-quality desserts for the restaurant Ikarus and our outlets (Carpe Diem Lounge-Café, Mayday Bar, Outdoor Lounge)

- Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations (HACCP)

Requirements:

- Completed culinary training

- Experience in fine patisserie

- Excellent product knowledge and technical skills

- Well-groomed, confident, and friendly demeanour

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility, reliability, and resilience

- Proficiency in German and English
