## Description

At CVS Health, we are focused on transforming healthcare for our customers and making our company a great place to work. As a Telepharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for all daily pharmacy operations, with Pharmacist oversight occurring from a separate Supervising Pharmacy location.

Responsibilities:

- Managing day-to-day operations, execution, and performance while delivering operational and service excellence

- Overseeing the safe and secure operation of the Remote Dispensing Pharmacy

- Following pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation

- Completing tasks related to controlled substance prescription fulfillment

- Contributing to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care

- Completing inventory activities

- Contributing to a high-performing team and being receptive to feedback

- Remaining flexible for both scheduling and business needs

- Serving as a peer mentor for the onboarding, training, and development of new hires

- Understanding and complying with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles

Requirements:

- National Certification (PTCB or ExCPT)

- State-level licensure requirements vary by state

- 1+ years full-time experience as a Pharmacy Technician; CVS Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
