## Description

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced C-32A and C-40B/C Field Service Representative-Defense to provide technical support and on-site company representation at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland.

You will work independently in a demanding, on-call, 24 hour per day / 365 days per year operational environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Troubleshooting aircraft technical issues and recommending corrective actions

- Providing guidance and consultation on maintenance and operational issues

- Developing and conducting ad hoc and on-the-job training on various maintenance topics

- Coordinating shipment, receipt, and repair of assets with Logistics Representatives

- Researching company and customer data to drive resolution of specific chronic issues

- Acting as an on-site liaison between the customer and Boeing

- Developing AOG action plans when requested

- Traveling to other US and foreign operating locations to assist with maintenance demands

Requirements include:

- Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license or enrollment in an A&P certificate program

- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime

- Availability to be on-site within 2 hours of being called into work after hours

- Willingness to deploy/travel to various locations (domestic and international) and relocate to meet customer needs

Preferred qualifications include:

- Previous experience working on PAG military aircraft such as C-40 B/C, C-32A or VC-25A

- Minimum of 10 years of experience performing aviation maintenance since obtaining A&P license

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in support of 737 or 757 aircraft since obtaining A&P license

- VIP/FOB aircraft maintenance and Head of State culture experience

The salary range for this position is $91,800 - $124,200.
