## Description

The Diageo Lebanon Distillery is seeking a Bourbon Production Expert to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the distillery, DDG dry house, and warehousing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Encourage safety and improve safe work practices to maintain an injury-free environment

- Control and optimize distillery, DDG dry house, and warehousing processes

- Troubleshoot, inspect, diagnose, adjust, test, maintain, and clean facility equipment

- Provide support, training, and mentorship to fellow team members

- Participate in process improvement initiatives and multi-functional teams

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Science, Business, or related field

- Strong analytical, budgeting, organization, and time-management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work with all departments and levels of management

- Understanding of blueprints, specifications, and schematics

- Basic knowledge and experience of operating pumps and valves

**Salary Range:** $61,275 - $102,125 per year
