## Description

TaskUs is seeking an experienced Wellness Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in transforming data into insight within the social science field. As a Wellness BIA, you will support the Wellness and Operations teams by transforming sensitive data into actionable insights that drive engagement and well-being across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Support the Wellness and Operations teams by transforming sensitive data into actionable insights that drive engagement and well-being across the organization.

- Collaborate with behavioral scientists to support wellness research aligned with ethical and data privacy standards.

- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and impact.

- Build internal tools and automation flows using PowerApps and Power Automate to streamline wellness operations.

- Process and manage data from sources such as SQL databases, Excel, Redshift, and APIs, ensuring high data quality and consistency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

- Strong knowledge in Power BI, SQL, Python, R.

- Advanced English Proficiency (B2+).

- Strong Knowledge in Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric.

- At least 2 years of exposure to ETL, databases / data warehouse that relates to developing reports using Power BI.

- Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the 'bigger picture'.

- Proficiency in exploratory data analysis and data visualization.

- Excellent Communication, teamwork, adaptability and autonomous work skillset.
