## Description

The Sales Planning and Product Management team, within Enterprise Data & AI Enablement at Cisco, delivers enterprise-scale Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and performance management solutions leveraging industry-leading platforms such as Anaplan and Pigment.

As a Full Stack AI Developer, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications that enhance user experience, automate business processes, and deliver intelligent solutions for the Sales Planning domain.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement AI-driven applications using modern Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.

- Design and build intelligent assistants, chatbots, AI agents, and workflow automation solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Integrate AI services and APIs, including Claude, OpenAI, MCP Servers, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK, and other emerging AI platforms.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval techniques.

- Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot solutions to evaluate emerging AI technologies and their business impact.

- Develop scalable full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Create technical design documents, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and user-facing documentation.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, coding standards, DevOps processes, and AI development methodologies.

- Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, software engineering, and cloud technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

- Work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with up to 3 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.

- Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using modern frontend and backend technologies.

- Strong experience in Python development and AI/Generative AI technologies.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions.
