## Description

Join the Green Coast Hotel – MGallery Collection as a Food & Beverage Director, leading all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, consistent luxury service standards, effective financial performance, and operational excellence.

You will oversee restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining, developing the F&B team and ensuring compliance with hotel, Accor/MGallery, hygiene, and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Directing daily operations across the hotel's F&B outlets

- Maintaining high food, beverage, and service standards

- Developing and implementing service procedures and quality controls

- Collaborating with the Executive Chef and culinary team on menus and product quality

- Reviewing guest feedback and driving continuous improvement

- Managing F&B operating budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets

- Leading, coaching, and developing F&B managers and team members

- Ensuring compliance with HACCP, food safety, and occupational health and safety regulations
